Monica Ospina
Director 
Sustainable Development

Market Access
and Training
Monica Ospina has over ten years experience in working on International Trade, Sustainable Development and Trade Training in Latin America, North America, India and the Caribbean. She has worked in Export Promotion and Market Entry for the State of Pennsylvania, Province of Alberta, and the private sector.  Her efforts supported exports of industries like green building, mining, and oil and gas.  Monica has designed and taught courses in Marketing, and Supply Chain, and Sustainable Development in Canada, Colombia, India and Mexico.  Monica has a Master's degree in Diplomatic Studies, specialized in International Trade and Cross Cultural Communication, from the University of Westminster, and International Business Strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, both in the UK.  Lately Monica completed the program of Strategies for Sustainability Management at Harvard University in the U.S.

Manuel Nevraumont
Corporate Strategy and IT Operations
Manuel Nevraumont has over twenty years experience in working on Information Technology (IT), from developing product strategies to evaluating and introducing new computer technologies in the fields of Mobile & Wireless and Desktop Security, in large Canadian banking and communications industries. Manuel has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has managed large IT projects as Project Manager from feasibility to implementation. Manuel has also experience in negotiating procurement & sourcing contracts with vendors. Manuel has Master’s degrees in Computer Sciences from McGill University, and in Management of Technology from University of Waterloo, both in Canada.

Faruq Faisel
Development Programmes

Faruq Faisel has over fifteen years of experience in journalism, media relations, communication and international development in Asia, Central America, Europe and North America. He has worked in sustainable development, capacity development for civil society, knowledge management, and social marketing for United Nations agencies, governments of Bangladesh and Canada and international NGO’s.  His expertise in institutional development gave him direct work experience in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Honduras and Guatemala. Faruq has a Master’s degree from the Dhaka University in Bangladesh, and postgraduate studies in journalism and sociology from Cambridge University in the UK and Oslo University in Norway.
